Candelas Ranks among Colorado’s Most Affluent Zip Codes

A new ranking of Colorado zip codes finds that 80007, which includes the Candelas master planned community, is Colorado’s most affluent postal zone.

American City Business Journals ranked 22,568 zip code territories nationwide. The Candelas 80007 zip code, with a population of 7,537, stands is the nation’s 363 rd most affluent zip code with a 98.4 percentile ranking for affluence. The nearly 1,500-acre master-planned community in west Arvada borders Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge.
